city center. Nearby are Kuala Lumpur Convention Center, the famous Petronas

access to other parts of KL.

Kuala Lumpur in walking distance of the main attractions and shopping
centers.
Even though Kuala Lumpur has a range of excellent restaurants, the
hotels' restaurant is an excellent option to explore. There are several
different restaurants: Nipah Coffee Shop, Kampachi and Chalet.
For a relaxing moment, head to the outdoor pool while enjoying views of
the Twin Towers. The hotel also comes with a spa and fitness centre
featuring advanced equipment. Service is better then excellent.

The Corus Hotel Kuala Lumpur is conveniently located in the KL
city center and a good deal for the price, especially considering the high
prices of hotels in Kuala Lumpur.
The Corus Hotel Kuala Lumpur has excellent rooms, many with views
on the Twin Towers and the city center. As one visitor comments: "Very
good location and excellent hotel. Would recommend any day. Very truly
Malaysia."
With three restaurants it is also a great eating place.
The Federal
Hotel Kuala Lumpur gets good reviews too. It is
located along Jalan Bukit Bintang, right in the heart of the city’s major
business and shopping districts, amidst the amazing shopper’s and dining
paradise. Eight of the city’s most popular shopping malls are in the
vicinity. And with 8 (eight!) restaurants you will surely find your favorite
dish.
The hotel has two types of room: Superior Room - Room with 2 single beds
and Merdeka Deluxe - This room comes with a queen-size bed or 2 single beds.
Excellent deal for the price
The Swiss Inn Kuala Lumpur is located within walking distance from
the main city center bus station Puduraya and the mono rail trains. For the
price it's an excellent deal.

Deluxe Room - Including breakfast for 2 persons.
Family Room - 3 single beds.
American breakfast is included in the room rate. Buffet breakfast is not
included and costs MYR 15.00 per person.
The Swiss Garden Hotel Kuala Lumpur, not to be confused with the
Swiss Inn, is a complete renovated hotel in the KL city center and as you
can expect from the Swiss Garden group (see the
Swiss-Garden page for a resort near Pangkor island), an excellent deal.
China Town, Petaling street and the shopping centers are all in walking
distance.

With 4 eating places you can't go wrong with the Pacific Regency Apartments Kuala Lumpur.
There are a Fitness Centre, Massage and an outdoor swimming pool available.
The Citin Pudu Hotel Kuala Lumpur is one of the budget hotels in
Kuala Lumpur. Located in the Puduraya district this is one of the hotels
where you get what you pay for. Nothing fancy, just a decent (renovated)
room with decent facilities. It was formerly known as Katari Hotel (in which
circumstance I remember it, and it was an OK deal)
Attapsana Guesthouse Hostel Kuala Lumpur is one of the best
questhouses in Kuala Lumpur. Of course, you get what you pay for, so don't expect suburb
luxury but this is certainly one of the best of the cheap guesthouses to be
found.
Single Room with fan - Suitable for budget travelers looking for a
fresh, comfortable and clean bed. It boasts a window that allows the room
to have a good ventilation.
Twin Room - This room comes with a balcony, which enjoys scenic views
of Kuala Lumpur's skyline and bright lights.
Double Room - This room boasts a large glass window and is suitable
for couples looking for a room with a view.
Triple Room - The triple room comes with a large balcony and large
windows, suitable for a small family or group.
