Teluk Senangin is one of my favorite beaches in and around Pangkor. The reason is that it is relatively remote and still not too difficult to reach. However, you need your own transport.
Since I live in Sitiawan I can take my bicycle and cycle the 25 km or so to Teluk Senangin easy. Or, if I have it available, by car it's 30 minutes away. And believe me, it's away from everything else.
There are several chalets and hotels at Teluk Senangin village, here's a what the village looks like:
In fact, it may be even a good place to build an exclusive hotel. Beaches are nice, views are good. So why not. Check the real estate for some ideas.
Back to the aim of the page, what's the big fuzz on this beach? In many ways it is just another beach. However, with a beautiful look on Pangkor Island on the left hand and a look on the Straights of Malacca this beach offers beautiful views. And the sunsets are magic too.
One of the cool things to do at Teluk Senangin is riding your bicycle at the waterside...
The village of Teluk Senangin is small, not more then 50 houses or so. Most of the inhabitants are fishermen. In the village there are a few chalets available but no shops or other facilities.

Developments at Teluk Senangin
Recently Teluk Senangin is facing a facelift. With new hotels to attract more tourists, still locals only, Teluk Senangin is still remote enough during the week days.
One of the most popular beaches for the local Malaysians is Teluk Batik.
Jungle trekking around Teluk Batik and Teluk Rubiah
The area were you will go for your jungle trekking is located in between Teluk Batik and Teluk Rubiah
It's a spectacular beautiful area.
The Australian International School Kuala Lumpur came to Teluk Batik for a week of team building. They wanted to make a difference and decided to clean up one of the Teluk batik beaches.
Destruction of Teluk Segadas
Teluk Segadas area will be transformed into a new beach area. The question rises if the development of this area and the destruction of forest is worth the investment. Here is my view.
