Emerald Bay

Emerald Bay is located on the west part of the island. The bay is considered by many independent travelers and consultants as one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. True or not, the Pangkor Laut management has left Emerald Bay as natural as possible. The exception are the comfort stations and dining facilities. This as a complement of the all-day beach outings.

Royal Bay

Royal Bay is located on the east of Pangkor Laut and views Pula Pangkor. Royal Bay provides a choice of 4 different luxury villa styles. Each villas has its own distinctive architecture and surrounding environment. There are: Garden Villas, Hill Villas, Beach Villas and Sea Villas.

And although the styles of villa might vary, standard features in every case include spacious interiors, private balconies with cushioned deck chairs, a king-sized bed, air-conditioning, electronic safe, a fully-stocked mini bar and IDD telephones.

Royal Bay Sea Villas are uniquely set on stilts over the sea and linked by wooden walkways. These villas also include the luxurious Suria and Purnama Suites. Additionally, full butler service is available.

Coral Bay

Coral Bay offers an extra dimension of seclusion. It is located further away from the island's main reception and gathering points. You can choose between the Water Villas or Forest Villas for your own private retreat. All villas are appointed in the same luxurious standards as those in Royal Bay.

Fisherman's Cove, a specialty seafood restaurant, is located in Coral Bay, while the Pool Deck provides light snacks and refreshments throughout the day.

Spa Village

The Spa Village is a very unique retreat. It was opened by the tenor Luciano Pavarotti on 6 September 2002. The village combines the healing cultures of the region, Malay, Chinese, Indian and Thai, with the natural resources of the island. The Spa Village is collection of buildings which is spread out over 4 acres on a quiet bat between sea and rainforest. There open courtyards, lotus ponds, a herb garden and a reflexology path.

There are 8 treatment pavilions, a deluxe Belian Treatment Pavilion, "Healing Huts," which include Chinese herbal, Ayurvedic and Malay Huts, a "Wrap House", where the menu changes daily with Ayurvedic Herbal, Seaweed and Chinese Herbal Wraps, 2 Bath Houses, 3 Thai Pavilions, 3 Nap Gazebos, a Herbal Garden, a 50 metre lap pool, Fisherman’s Cove Restaurant, Jamu Bar, Library and Spa Boutique. There are 22 brand new Spa Villas.

Villas

The main resort offers guests a choice of three suites and four different villa styles. The villas are all designed to accommodate two guests. Every villa and suite features spacious interiors, luxurious fabrics, and private balconies with cushioned deck chairs. The bathrooms are large. Depending on the villa, there is a separate shower and tub in a private outdoor courtyard. The bathrooms have large windows opening out onto the tropical gardens or sea. All villas have thermostat controlled air-conditioning, king-size bed, writing desk, an electronic safe, direct-dial telephone, hairdryer, refrigerator and coffee and tea making facilities.

Estates

The estates are situated on Marina Bay, a secluded bay on the north of the island. They are away from the main Resort. There are the eight Pangkor Laut Estates. These residences recall the lifestyle and atmosphere of South East Asian estates of days gone by. Each Estate is a collection of special purpose buildings. All estates are enclosed within a beautifully landscaped garden. These have been created with minimal disturbance to the natural forest. Privacy and a sense of isolation is the design.

Each Estate is unique, with discrete living, dining, sitting, bathing and sleeping pavilions in various adaptations of Malay architectural traditions. The swimming pools are a central focus. These are dramatically situated to take advantage of the best views. The interiors are tranquil enclaves in which to relax and rest the senses. Each individual space is thoughtfully crafted with refined elegance and luxurious comfort. The indoor-outdoor quality of each structure allows the gardens and landscapes to form the paintings. Polished tropical hardwood floors add warmth to the muted colors and tones.

The Estate Manager is always at hand to cater the routine of your Estate to your personal tastes and intended daily schedules. Additionally, two dedicated Estate attendants and a Chef prepare and serve your daily meals, address your housekeeping requests, and unobtrusively co-ordinate all aspects of your tenancy.
