The apartments are for rent for a period of at least 3 months. The apartments all have a beautiful look over Lumut, the Dinding river and Damar Laut opposite of the river, see the photo below that gives you a glimpse of the view from the master bedroom.

The apartments come all full service. Restaurants and other conveniences are nearby or in the building itself. Alternative, Lumut is small enough to walk around and get your meal in restaurants as Jook Joint, Capri or have a drink at the popular Rockafellar cafe.

Most of the time Lumut is a little sleepy town but there are days with local crafts markets, audio car shows or sailing activities when the town gets busy. But as you have a car parking guaranteed, you will still be able to go and leave your home as you please.

The apartments are located near the Lumut Yacht club. They're not directly at the water site located, there is a park in between the apartments and the waterfront.

At the Lumut Waterfront, which is a few minutes walk, there are playgrounds for your children, and restaurants to enjoy the sunset. The Blue Bay apartments are the most central located apartments in town.
