The Nipah Bay Villa

is a nice hotel at Teluk Nipah. The owner, Mr. and Mrs. Sabtu are a lovely couple who are running a business here for more the 18 years now (since the late 1980's). They have seen Teluk Nipah seen developing into the nice tourist area as it is now.

This hotel is as many hotels at Pangkor a family business. For this reason you will feel very much at home. The hotel is great for families as for couples who want a nice little chalet with all the comforts as air-conditioning, attached bathrooms and television with satellite connection.

Location

The location of the hotel could hardly be better, it is close to the Teluk Nipah beach. It is located in a site-street of the main road at Teluk Nipah. The beach, although not visible from the chalets, is no more then a very slow 2 minute walk.

The hotel chalets are all in the back, in the quiet area. There's much done to make this a cozy place. Many different kind of trees with flowers grow around the chalets. Nipah Bay Villa, the chalets

It's like walking around in a tiny village. Even if it's full it's still quiet. The chalets themselves are all nicely decorated. Depending on your wants, you get bigger and more comfortable rooms but there are no rooms not decent done.

A new feature at the restaurant is the new build library. Mr. and Mrs. Sabtu have build a reasonable sized collection of books which will be available for the quests for a small fee.

Mr. and Mrs. Sabtu are happy to receive you in their hotel.

Restaurant

The restaurant is another good example how to make the quests happy. Food is good and the menu is in English. The staff speaks English too.

Mr. and Mrs. Sabtu have setup a very nice restaurant. The menu is a nice mix of Asian and western food, good and cheap. Barbeques can be organized on request.

The Nipah Bay Villa is a good value for your money. Prices given here are typical but can change depending on the season. Sometimes during off season periods, discounts can be negotiated.

Special package

Ferry Transfers : Lumut - Pangkor - Lumut
Transportation : Pangkor Jetty - Nipah Bay Villa - Pangkor Jetty
Choose either one : Visiting historical places, factory and a shopping spree on the island or jungle trekking
Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be held at Nipah Bay Villa - buffet style
2nd Night - Buffet BBQ held at Nipah Bay Villa (Your group can enjoy a karaoke session at the same time)

Costs for this package is RM 110 per person, per night (3 persons per unit).

Seminar package

The special package includes:

Ferry transfers : Lumut - Pangkor - Lumut
Transportation : Pangkor Jetty - Nipah Bay Villa - Pangkor Jetty
Conference Room : pencil, paper, overhead-lamp, white board, marker, mineral water and sweets
Breakfast, lunch, dinner and supper will be held at the hotel - buffet style.
2nd Night - Buffet BBQ held at Nipah Bay Villa (Your group can enjoy a karaoke session at the same time)

Costs for this package is RM 110 per person, per night (3 persons per unit)

Normal package

Nipah Bay Villa, around the chalets The normal package includes:

Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be held at Nipah Bay Villa - buffet style.
2nd Night - Buffet BBQ held at Nipah Bay Villa (Your group can enjoy a karaoke session at the same time).

Costs for this package is RM 80 per night per person (3 persons per unit)

Also, good news, there will be 14 new rooms available (all economy type A) after the New Year. With the completion of a new wing, there is a nice open air rooftop cafe on the top floor.

Malay wedding in Pangkor

Last week I was guest at the wedding of Mr. Hazman Bin Sabtu with Zurul Affza Binti Mohd Yusoff. The wedding took place in Guar Chempedak and at Pangkor at the Nipah Bay Villa.
