Teluk SegadasFor sure one of the very best beaches at Pulau Pangkor is Teluk Segadas. Here's a set of photos I recently made to give you an impression of its beauty. The short 20 minutes trekking through the rainforest is easy and can be done without a guide. That is not to say should you want to continue trekking in the direction of Pasir Bogak. I've done that twice and failed both times.
Paradise beach, that would be a sufficient name for Teluk Segadas Back to Pulau Pangkor.com homepage

Destruction of Teluk SegadasTeluk Segadas area will be transformed into a new beach area. The question rises if the development of this area and the destruction of forest is worth the investment. Here is my view. Jungle trekking Teluk Segadas to Pasir BogakJungle trekking can be a dangerous activity, as I experienced on my trek from Teluk Segadas to Pasir Bogak. I lost the trail, and got lost in the dense jungle. Compare with Nipah Bay and Pasir BogakThe two most visited beaches are very nice. Have a look and compare: Nipah Bay and Pasir Bogak Irina and Jonathan live in Korea. They
spend their New Years Eve 2007 in Pangkor and they were very enthusiastic
about Pangkor.
Both wrote a long story about their stay at the island, their visits to the Dutch Fort, Teluk Segadas, Nipah Bay and their adventures on the scooter. More Pangkor BeachesPangkor has more to offer then Teluk Nipah and Coral Bay, Here's a more extensive look at other beaches |
