Kelab Golf Perkhidmatan Awam
Kelab Golf Perkhidmatan Awam, (Public Service Golf Club) offers
a 27 holes, par 72 and according to some professionals it doesn't
look to hard, it's a course not to be underestimated. The locating
is south of Kuala Lumpur between Damansara and Bukit Kiara.

The Kuala Lumpur Golf & Country Club is located near the Kelab
Golf Perkhidmatan Awam and is designed by Robin Nelson and Rodney Wright.
The west course is dubbed "the thinking golfer's course" as it gives the
golfer quite some thinking how to play.

Palm Garden Golf Club
The Palm Garden Golf Club is conveniently located right in the
middle of Putrayaya, the administrative center of Malaysia. Richard
Robbins designed this 27 hole course. Additional to the golf course,
you can relax in the swimming pool, sauna and Jacuzzi. Tennis or
squash courts and a gymnasium are available.

Bangi Golf Resort
The Bangi Golf Resort is located south of Kuala Lumpur and Putrayaya. You can
play golf in Kuala Lumpur at the 27 holes, par 72 course which is designed by Ronald
Fream.
Bangi Golf Resort includes the Equatorial Hotel which is a residential
site with bungalows and lots plus a business park. It is about 22 kilometers
from Kuala Lumpur. Take the North-South Expressway and follow the green signboard. The
restaurant is famous for the Chinese and Japanese food.

Bukit Unggul Country Club is located almost next door to KLIA,

This relative flat golf course is located 25 km north from Kuala
Lumpur. Take the Kuala Lumpur - Seremban trunk road. It contains 18
holes, 72 par and is designed by Ross Watson. You may want to book
in advance as it is a popular public course.

Kelab Golf Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah
Kelab Golf Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah is another major golf club in the Klang valley.
It is located near the Shah Alam Stadium and about 45 minutes from Kuala Lumpur.
It's an international standard golf club with 27 holes, 72 par.
The KGSAAS, as it's locally known, gives you the opportunity for
night golfing. At Malaysia's independence day, there is the Merdaka
Midnight Challenge which attracts many world wide international golfers.
As the name suggest, it takes place at midnight on Merdaka Day
(Independence Day Malaysia).

The Kota Permai Golf & Country Club is a resort and golf club.
It is located right in the middle of Kota Kemuning and easy accessible
from the Sham Alam Expressway. The 18 holes, 72 par course is designed
by Ross Watson.

Monterez Golf & Country Club
Monterez Golf & Country Club is located about 30 minutes
driving from Kuala Lumpur, 20 minutes from Petaling Jaya and
Klang and only 10 minutes from Subang Jaya.

locals I spoke who played here, quite a challenge.

The Peransang Temples Golf Club is located along the Rawang -
Ipoh trunk road, about 20 km north of Kuala Lumpur. It's another 18 holes,
72 par course build on three different concepts: woodlands, lakes and dune.
The Peransang Temples Golf Club is a good resort for the whole
family with facilities like swimming pools, playgrounds, tennis-,

Royal Selangor Golf Club
The Royal Selangor Golf Club is a very old club.
The history of the club goes back to the late 19th
century when coffee planters decided it was "jolly good fun"
to have a golf club.
Today the club has 3 courses (though one is closed for
renovations), two 18 holes and one 9 holes course. The clubs'
location is on the northern side of Kuala Lumpur with the KL
Twin Towers in view.
Apart of golf there are plenty of other activities including
different dancing lessons, swimming lessons and other indoor
and outdoor sports activities.

Saujana Golf and Country Club
Just outside Kuala Lumpur you will find the Saujana Golf
and Country Club is a relatively new club, founded in 1986.
It is maybe a newer club but it has already hosted several
important golf events including seven Malaysian Opens, three
Kosaido Malaysian Ladies Opens and the 2002 World Amateur Golf
Team Championships.
The club's course has 18 holes and is 72 par. Other recreational
activities include snooker, tennis and squash courts and a
swimming pool.

Bukit Takun
Templer Park Country Club is designed by Masashi Ozaki
and Kentaro Sato. The 18 holes, 72 par course is described
by some golfers as one of the more challenging courses in
Malaysia. The nearby rock formation Bukit Takun is the focal
point of the scenery.

The Mines Resort & Golf Club is only a 30 minutes drive
from Kuala Lumpur. The Mines golf course is designed by Robert
Trent Jones Jr. who build a 18 hole, 71 par course on the east
