More Penang Cooking Class Photos
from Nazlina Spice Station

The Penang Cooking Class has turned out to be a great favorite for everyone who has done a class with Nazlina. Naz' classes have from 2 to 18 people joining. She does team building cooking too which is even more fun! So we thought it would be a good idea to give you a glimpse of what you can expect should you join one of Naz' classes.

What does she cook? Well, it's all Malay, Nyonya and hawker food but... since a few weeks Nazlina also merge typical Kelantan dishes in her classes. Those particular dishes can not be found in Penang, you have to go to the east coast to find them. Yet another reason to join Nazlina's Penang Cooking Class!
