Full day meeting package

For the full day meeting package a minimum of 25 people is required. Price is RM 50 nett per person and the package include:

• 2 Coffee / Tea break with Lunch
• One Overhead Projector with screen
• Whiteboard, flipchart with makers
• PA system with 2 microphones
• Writing materials
• Ice water and Mints

Terms & Condition :

• Rates are inclusive of 10% service charge & 5% government tax
• Full payment for the minimum of 25 people must be paid for in advance

Half day meeting package

This package can be a morning or an afternoon session and requires a minimum of 25 people. The package includes:

• 1 Coffee / Tea break with Lunch
• One Overhead Projector with screen
• Whiteboard, flipchart with makers
• PA system with 2 microphones
• Writing materials
• Ice water and Mints

Terms & Condition :

• Rates are inclusive of 10% service charge & 5% government tax
• Full payment for the minimum of 25 people must be paid for in advance

Residential Meeting Package 2 Days/1 Night

The Grand Kampar Hotel offers a residential meeting package for at least 25 people.

The package is inclusive of :

• Welcome drink upon arrival
• 1 night accommodation in our standard deluxe room
• Breakfast
• Morning Coffee / Tea breaks with 2 snack items
• Buffet / Set Lunch
• Afternoon coffee / tea breaks with 2 snack items
• Complimentary usage of meeting facilities
• Complimentary internet access in the hotel room

• Single Occupancy RM 160 nett per person
• Twin Sharing Basis RM 105 nett per person
