These apartments are on the 17th (see the main real estate Lumut page for photos) and 15th floor. Fantastic views over the surrounding area. All the apartments have spacious living rooms, kitchen with all you can imagine and big bedrooms.

The balcony gives you the option to enjoy the surrounding mangrove area with views as far as Damar Laut. With the location of the balcony to the north and east, you will enjoy more the coolness of the wind in the midday heat.

The apartments are located in between Seri Manjung and Lumut, both about 2 km's away. For your emergency shopping needs, there is a small shop down stairs but for bigger shopping, you will have the shopping centers Giant, Econsave and Tesco in Seri Manjung available. Soon Jusco will also its doors.

For eating out you will have western restaurants in Lumut (Jook and Capri are popular) and Rockafellar (Cafe). For the local cuisine, I would suggest the central market area in Seri Manjung which is cheaper (and better) than Lumut.
