Everyone is invited to sign up for the class. The class takes three hours and involves hands-on experience.

Ali Henderson and her friend Lisa came to cook with Nazlina in September 2009. Within a week they recommended the class to their friends: Sally and Rod. Later, they told us "When we are back in Adelaide, we will have a neighborly cooking competition!"

You will learn to identify the spices used and how to use them in your cooking. The fees also include the garden tour. The fees vary depending on the kinds of food being cooked.

If you have been wondering the correct ways to make curry or how do you get that special color and taste for the rendang, here is the perfect class that you should take up.

We will have fun using the traditional methods for grinding spices.

Learn how to extract fresh coconut milk manually and find the names of the spices, its smell, how to handle them. You will find many obscure and traditional tips that you may not find in any other cookbooks.

Debbie Beevor from the UK says: I attended Nazlina's cookery course in November 2009. I booked for my first day in Penang as I guessed that other people there would be like minded foodies and so my holiday would start off on a good footing.

I was right.

The class was great, the recipes learned were delicious and the company delightful..add to that the perfect setting overlooking the sea and the experience can't be bettered.

I have recommended this class to anyone who will listen!

Learn how to fold nasi lemak using the banana leaves. Discover how many types of ketupat you can make out of coconut leaves.

This cooking traditional food class is fun and educational.
